Delivery Terms

- Your order is forwarded to oxosilver.com's order system by your bank's security department after your bank's approval.

- Your order is prepared within the time given in the product information in line with the preferences you specify and delivered to the cargo. (For special production and handcrafted products, please contact our Customer Representative.)

- When your order is shipped, an e-mail containing your order tracking information will be sent to you by our system. oxosilver does not notify you by e-mail or telephone if the specified time is exceeded. However, you can contact us at any time to get information about the status of your order.

- Your order; It is delivered with our contracted cargo company. oxosilver.com reserves the right to change the cargo company when necessary.

- When your order is delivered to the cargo company, you will be sent an e-mail notification message.

- Orders delivered to the cargo company are expected to reach you within 1-3 business days (except for the days when the cargo company does not deliver).
