Terms Of Warranty, Return & Exchange

- All products on oxosilver.com are under the guarantee of oxosilver.

- All the rings in the "Memory Rings" category offered for sale on oxosilver.com are covered by a "lifetime warranty". Memorial; It provides all the support you need to use the products you buy for a lifetime.

- You can bring the product to our company yourself for maintenance procedures for the products covered by the 'Lifetime Warranty' or send it to us, provided that the shipping fee is covered by you. (Memory does not cover shipping costs in maintenance operations.)

- In order to maintain the guarantees of the products you have purchased; It should not be interfered with by third parties, institutions and organizations other than oxosilver. If changes or destruction have been made on the products; the product is out of warranty.

- The product is not covered by the warranty if it is broken or damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.

- Check your orders during delivery by comparing them with the delivery note. In case you detect missing, damaged or faulty products, do not take delivery of the package by keeping a report to the cargo authority. Report the situation to Oxosilver. You will be contacted as soon as possible as a result of the necessary investigations.

- In order to cancel or return your order, you must contact us via our online support line or by calling. When the return is approved after the product reaches us, the product fee will be returned to you within 30 days.

- Since the products produced or modified in line with the special requests of the customers are transformed into 'personalized', such products are not returned or exchanged.

- Refunds and exchanges cannot be made on products in the "On Sale" category.

- You must pay a "pay at the door service fee" of 12.90 TL for your purchases made with payment at the door. This fee is collected by the cargo company as it provides the transfer service of the product price to us. This price is not covered by oxosilver in order cancellation & return transactions.

- If the product you purchased is defective, you must contact us via the online support department or our phone number within 30 days at the latest from the delivery date. The faulty product is replaced with a new one after approval. If the product is faulty due to customer use or has been used within 30 days, no refunds or exchanges will take place.

- The products you want to return, as they are sent to you, within 30 days from the date of delivery, of the product, invoice, waybill, certificate, packaging and all other documents/materials in a complete and undamaged manner from any UPS Cargo branch on behalf of "oxosilver" or It should be sent to the address below:
